I.

Privacy Policy

1.1 SiteFrameWorks ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

1.2 We collect personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested services. This includes: name, email address, project details, and any information voluntarily submitted through our contact forms.

1.3 Data is processed under the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract — or Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

1.4 Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area and is not transferred to third countries without adequate safeguards as defined under Chapter V of the GDPR.

1.5 You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21) of your personal data.

1.6 To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

1.7 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

1.8 We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Art. 22 GDPR.

II.

Terms of Service

2.1 By engaging SiteFrameWorks for any service, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all contracts between you ("Client") and SiteFrameWorks, registered at Calle de San Miguel 20, 07002 Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

2.2 Scope of Work. All project deliverables, timelines, and specifications shall be defined in a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

2.3 Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Work may be suspended on accounts overdue beyond 30 days.

2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights transfer to the Client. SiteFrameWorks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Liability. SiteFrameWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total contract value. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Outstanding work is payable pro-rata based on completion milestones.

2.7 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.

2.8 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca.

III.

Cookie Policy

3.1 SiteFrameWorks uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of our website. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3.2 Essential Cookies. These are strictly necessary for website operation and include session management, security tokens, and load balancing.

3.3 Functional Cookies. These remember your preferences (such as language or display settings) to enhance your experience.

3.4 Consent. Upon first visit, you are presented with a cookie consent banner. You may accept essential cookies only. No non-essential cookies are set without explicit consent per Art. 7 GDPR.

3.5 You may clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair site functionality.

3.6 Analytics. If analytics are enabled, data is processed anonymously and stored within the EEA. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics cookies.

IV.

Refund Policy

4.1 SiteFrameWorks operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds are evaluated based on the stage of project completion at the time of request.

4.2 Pre-Commencement. If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.

4.3 In-Progress. If a project is cancelled mid-execution, payment is due for all completed milestones up to the point of cancellation. Any advance payment beyond completed work will be refunded pro-rata.

4.4 Post-Delivery. Refund requests after final delivery are considered on a case-by-case basis. Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with specific evidence of non-conformance to the agreed SOW.

4.5 Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time is 7–14 business days.

4.6 Custom domain registrations, third-party license fees, and hosting costs are non-refundable once provisioned.
